Hello. Several months ago I bought a Uffizi ticket through B-ticket. Received email with confirmation #. No PDF attachment that looked anything like a QR code printable ticket. Yesterday I bought Accademia ticket. A PDF with QR code received with the email confirmation. The museums are going digital now. That there is a way to get an email with a code to put onto smartphone for streamlined entrance. Official website is a run-around. Nothing links to anything that actually directs you on what to do.
I have 2 questions from this... 1) Did I fail to receive the proper confirmation email from Uffizi? It had no printable PDF QR code ticket attached 2) Does anyone know anything about how to get the Digital tickets?

Hi, I visited both museums at the end of April. There were two lines to que at. Line one was where you submit the order confirmation number or QR code to receive a physical ticket. The second line was where you line up according to your entry time with the required physical ticket. I've been to each of these museums on three separate trips and it has been the same each time. All very chaotic and confusing. Especially this last trip with the high volume of travelers. Give yourself extra time to find your way through the masses. Also, whichever museum you visit first should be able to print the second museums physical tickets for you as they are in the same museum circuit. This will save you time before your next reservation. They automatically did this for me when I received my physical tickets. However, all of my reservations were in the same order. It sounds like you made separate orders so you will need to ask. Hope this helps and happy travels!
