December Hotel Plans in Italy

My wife and I have already got hotels reserved in multiple cities in Italy but, we want to reach out to the Rick Steve's community to see if we are being taken advantage of and need to renegotiate with them. Below are the cities and nights which we are staying.

Rome
December 17th through 20th
Hotel: iQ Hotel
Current Room Rate: around 89,00 euros a night

Pisa
December 21st
Hotel: Grand Hotel Duomo
Current Room Rate: 99,00 euros

Florence
December 22nd through 24th
Hotel: Hotel Loggiato dei Serviti
Current Room Rate: 110,00 euros a night

Venice
December 25th through 28th
Hotel: Hilton Molino Stucky
Current Room Rate: 219,00 euros a night

If you can help out that would be great! Any opinions would be excellent! If you have any other hotels in these locations which would possible be better with a rate, please respond. Thank you!

If those are the published rates and you've booked them I don't see how you can "negotiate" with them. You are going to Italy during a very busy time of year. It think the rates you've gotten are great and I doubt you'll find anything comparable for less.

Donna,
The rates which I have on my post are not on their posted rates. I have already emailed them and have gotten a great rate reduction but, we are still not sure if the rates we are have gotten are reasonable for this time of year.

Thank you for your input!

I think they are reasonable. The Rome rate seems to be low but don't know the location. The bigger issue which we don't know is location and what is included.

That iQHotel is in a good location in Rome on Via Firenzi. You are close to Termini and walking distance to other stuff. How did you get rates that low? Their website shows rates around 200 euro to 238 euro for various months I checked. What did you ask the hotel to give you that low rate?

All those rates look good. You might find a little cheaper room in Venice, but that's probably not what you want at the holidays.

Robert,
Yes I agree the rates do seem very low to their online webpages. That's why we are asking if those rates are reasonable that others have gotten or not. I emailed each hotel individually asking for their rock bottom best rate and thats what they offered me for the stay. Sounds like we got VERY lucky!
