There are tons of tours out there, but most do not happen on the weekends.
Can anyone recommend a great day tour of a winery (or more) for around 150 euros pp? Its just 2 of us so prefer a shared tour. Also, any that you know of on Saturdays leaving from Siena?
Or Fridays leaving from Florence and drop off in Siena?

Check out Roberto from Rick's Book and TV show. http://www.toursbyroberto.com/tours.html I did a tour with him this past september and am doing another tour with him this august. We did a full day tour and Roberto picked us up at our hotel in Siena. Our day with him was my favorite day of our trip.

I'm sure that Roberto Becchi can hook you up with another guide if he's not personally available. For tasting in Siena itself, you might be interested in www.tuscanwineschool.com. Wine-region tours offered at www.florencetour.com seem to depart every day from Florence but are not likely to drop you in Siena.
