Day trips in Tuscany from Chianti region

We will be staying for 2 weeks in a villa near the village of Montegonzi in the Chianti reagion. Any suggestions for day trips from that area. We will land in Pisa and rent a car for the 2 weeks. Thank you for any input.

There are so many and most are terrific. It depends on your interest. I like Siena, Montepulciano, Assisi, San Gimignano.
