Day Trips from Cinque Terre ?

I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions of day trips by car or train from the Cinque Terre area. Thanks Ron.

Pisa or Lucca in 1-2 hours by train from La Spezia or Monterosso, or take the train to Santa Margherita, with bus or boat to Portofino from there.
