Hi everyone. My wife and I will be visiting Milan next October. I was thinking of taking a day trip to Parma. Suggestions, please? Also, any recommendations for tours of prosciutto and/or Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese factories?

By train is an easy travel from Milan to Parma.
