Hi - trying to plan/book a round trip on the Trenitalia site. On the Return Trip the times appear to be morning/afternoon times with the asterisk (* Solution applies to next day ). Naturally I am hoping to book a late train back to Rome. I wonder if anyone knows of a site that discloses a time schedule?

If all else fails, you can book two one-way tickets. The price should be the same, I believe. When are you going?

Thanks for the suggestion, Michael. We are going at the end of August. By reverse searching, I see the fast trains last departure is at 19:17 and none beyond 21:17. I was searching for a return around 22:00!

Actually, the best schedule can be found on www.trenitalia.com. Here's a LINK to the Trenitalia website that shows the last 8 trains of the day. The Napoli/Roma run is a popular run. Note that the last non-stop high-speed does depart at 19:17. After that, there are four Intercity or Regionale trains.
