thanks. I plan on taking a train rather than renting a car. Also, I would be willing to stay overnight somewhere if it was worth it. Anything going on in Innsbruck this time of year? Is Lake Como nice this time of year?

Try looking up things to see in Venice, Vicenza, Milan and Vareena. All of those can be reached by train and have a lot to keep you busy.

If you can do an overnight, consider Venice. There's no other place like it on the planet and you'll be sooo close.
