The rail line from Milan to Varenna continues to Tirano, which is the start of the Bernina route to St Moritz. From there you get a train on the Bernina Route to St Moritz
You can also do it by bus, train Varenna to Chiavenna and then bus to St Moritz. You could do it as a circular trip, one way train via Tirano, the other way by bus.

You can look up times on the SBB (Swiss Railways) website: https://www.sbb.ch/en/
Enter Varenna-Esino to St. Moritz and your desired time and date.

You say "this coming June", do you mean June 2020? Train times are currently only published up to December 2019. Pick a random date next month to look at train times, they are unlikely to change much.

The SBB site will only sell you tickets from Tirano (the Swiss section). For the train from Varenna to Tirano you need to buy tickets in Italy.
You can see prices on the Trenitalia site: https://www.trenitalia.com/en.html
That leg costs €7.30
