I would like to know if anyone as any information on the town of Nove, as to whether it is worth the time to visit on a side trip from Venice. I have a beautiful punch bowl from the 1800's handed down in our family, that is marked Nove, Italy on the bottom and would like to find out more about it.

Nove's been known as a ceramics center for hundreds of years, although it's not the hand-made stuff now. Lots of shops to visit, and lots of porcelain. You can check out http://www.ceramics.it/museo.nove/index_en.html . Apparently pretty popular with tour groups.
