We would like recommendations on a tour operator from Rome for a Wine tour in Tuscany--preferably in Montepulciano area? Please share your experience!
We have spent time in Montepulcciano. Great coppersmith there. Hope he is still alive. Montepulciano is too far from Rome for a one day trip.
Have you tried Google?
I doubt you’ll find any tours to Montepulciano from Rome, it’s too far ( minimum 2 hour drive each way)
Most tours of Tuscany will start in Florence or Siena
Here is one on Viator
To Pienza and Montalcino

Since Viator is a third party reseller I’d try to find the actual tour company and book with them
Thank you for your quick replies!
I'll look for a more reasonably distanced wine tour from Rome!

vas0051, the price for the tour from Rome that was linked above was very reasonable.. The Tuscan region is a long way from Rome; most folks do Tuscany wine tours from Florence as it is so much closer. That tour also includes lunch and gratuities.
