Our cruise is stopping off at Palermo, Sicily. Can you recommend the best way to take a hydrofoil to Ustica and go snorkeling? I am especially concerned to get back in time for our 5:00 sailing. If impossible, please recommend a more local snorkeling site. Thanks!
