You might try Annie Adair (www.tuscantour.com). I saw her in one of Rick Steve's shows in which she toured Volterra with Rick. She conducts tours of Volterra, Pisa, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Lucca. I hired her for a 1/2 day tour in Volterra for this coming September. She is from the U.S. & now lives in Italy.
