My son will be in Rome starting March 11 for his honeymoon. They found a tour on the Dark Rome site called NECTAR OF THE GODS which was a half day tour of the Pallavicini vinyard--which is extremely reputable-- to see how their wine is produced and have a tasting. This type of tour is really common in California Wine Country, but is not available when they are in Rome.
Are there any other tour companies that offer something like this?
found one online called Dolce Rome personal shopper--Italian woman runs with other women guides more as shopping tours but she does have some of the half day trips outside Rome.
It would just be less expensive (and perhaps more fun) to go with small group...
Any suggestions?
They leave soon but have not overbooked their days--could add this in during a week day.
