We'd need a bus or private tour as we're traveling by train to the above places so we won't be driving. Farms are rarely near a train station. If anyone knows of a small tour operator who in any of the above locations that would be appreciated.
Check out I Giardini di Cataldo. It's right in Sorrento.
You couldn't pick a better spot than Sorrento for what you want to do since groves of the enormous lemons are in and around the town.
If you want something more formal I'm sure they'll arrange something just outside town for you, but Sorrento is still the best place to do this from your list. Here is one example - not a recommendation - for a lemon tour only about 2km from Sorrento train station.

And while it doesn't appear there's any public transportation (according to Google) it looks like a 7 minute drive so even arranging a taxi should be simple enough if the place doesn't provide any guidance on transportation.
I think you will struggle to make a tour like this happen in your other locations - especially the big cities - and Sorrento makes this easy.

gave you a few things to check, many tours have wine & food, we like walking thru the markets (mercatos) with everything and anything with samples along the way. you may stop at a tourist kiosk in a main square (piazza) and see what they offer with things/tours in the area if it interests you. have fun and enjoy
