We'd like to take a day trip into Florence from San Casiano. Any recommendations for transportation to Florence? It is a 2 hour drive and we are looking for a driver to take us and provide a tour of about 4-5 hours.

It might be difficult to find someone in the San Casiano area who could both drive you to Florence and provide a quality 4-5 hour tour. Consider driving to Chiusi, taking the train to Florence and booking a local guide. You could arrange for the private Florence guide to meet you at SMN station.
