The Ulisse Wellness Spa http://www.ulyssesorrento.com/en/welcome_to_ulysse.html Not used it but there are some reviews on Tripadvisor http://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Attraction_Review-g187782-d1439265-Reviews-Ulysse_Wellness_Experience-Sorrento_Province_of_Naples_Campania.html A bit more upmarket (with prices to match!) is the Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria.
