I'll be in Rome next month and I'm a runner. I'd like to not be tied to my hotel as a central station for changing clothes / even showering. I'd also like the option to leave my backpack in a day locker for my runs. Are there any public gyms or other facilities that could offer this? My prime focal areas are north Tiber River trail (near stadium) and the Appian Way
