Are there daily masses in any of small churches in assisi. If so does any one know times,etc

You'll find a number of the churches listed on the website masstimes.org, but it would surprise me if you find the actual schedules there. However, that will give you the names of the churches, and you can check on your own. You might be able to find information on parish websites or possibly from the diocese.
The major churches – the basilicas of St Francis and St Claire and the cathedral of San Rufino – typically have multiple Masses each day. And then there is San Damiano. I have a particular love for the Eremo della Carcieri, which is a few kilometers above Assisi, and when I was last there their Mass on weekdays was midday: I would recommend visiting there even if it's not the right time for Mass. If you haven't been before, you'll find churches and convents scattered throughout Assisi, and all will have at least one Mass a day.
