does anyone know anything about the Cyrenaica area of Bologna? Is it safe and close enough to sites/restaurants to stay for 5 days?

Not a bad area if you like walking. Typically you can get into the center of Bologna in around 2 km. Where are you thinking of staying?

Was thinking to stay in an airbnb on Via Pietro Loreto. It's history is interesting but it does seem a bit off the beaten path and my visit for 5 days is by foot. So i think i am headed to sargozza.

The Sargozza area is very convenient. Lots of local restaurants and bars. The porticos are wonderful if it rains.
