cycling tour Venice to Florence?

I am looking for a 7 day guided bike tour that includes lodging and most meals for under 1500 euros, either Venice to Florence or Florence/Venice. Anyone have any experience doing this type tour or similar? My friends and I did a week bike tour in Provence and it was so marvelous, we want to go to Italy next fall. Thanks.

We do self guided tours in Italy...in my mind, it's the only way to go! However, this company came recommended to me from another Italian company that we've used 2x, so I trust her opinion!
