Has anyone done a self guided cycling trip through Umbria or Tuscany? We are going early July (a little worried about the heat, but we can't travel any other time) and are 2 fairly fit 50ish couples. Any recommendations for companies or itineraries? We are hoping to keep the km's to @ 45-50/day.
