Anyone have suggestions for places to bike in Puglia? Can you recommend particular locations, or a tour company that does day-long bike tours? We're spending time near Cisternino and Lecce. Thanks!

There is a converted aqueduct path near Cisternino. I would google for rental shops in the vicinity. Most of the tours I've seen are multi-day tours, but you might luck out. Have you checked the tourist office? I'd look into this as well:

Near Lecce, there is a WWF reserve on the coast called Cesine--that would be a great place to take bikes if you have a rack at your disposal.
