Customs in Rome?

I am flying from Dublin to Rome. I am trying to arrange a shuttle to my hotel and I don't know if I have to go through customs or how much time to allow. I arrive at 20:35 and need to know approximately what time to have the shuttle pick me up. thanks for your help.

No Customs (about what you have with you) because both countries are in the European Union.

You will have Immigration and Passport Control (about you and your passport) on arrival because only Italy is in the Schengen Zone and Ireland is not.
