Cultural week 2019 in Rome and Florence

Just found out we will be in Rome and Florence during Cultural Week in March. Planned to use the FirenzeCard to skip the lines, but now there are no tickets or times entries. Any suggestion for Uffizi or Accademia? what about in Rome? Thanks!
