CT Places closed on Monday?

I have read that places are closed in Italy on Monday. What about in CT?

Some of the museums in the cities are closed Mondays. There's basically no museums in the CT (at least I can't think of any), so no problem.

We were in the CT on a Monday and didn't find a problem with store closures.
