Try Erba Persa Agriturismo in Levanto, 1st town north of Cinque Terre. Grazia and Claudio are so nice, their place is clean, and they do a generous and delicious breafast included in the price. I believe you can stay for about $50- $60 per night. It is a 10 minute walk from the train station, but Grazia will pick you up. Levanto is situated on a beautiful bay with a sandy beach and promenade.

We just got back from Italy including the Cinque Terre. We stayed in Monterosso at Hotel Marina. It was around 100 euro a night and was a great, comfortable place with very nice staff and breakfast.
