My fiance and I are planning on staying in CT for 3 nights on our honeymoon early October. We found a place in Vernazza that seems good, but I can't find much info on it. Has anyone heard of or stayed at Tonino Basso?

Toninno Basso's rooms are in Steves' books. When we were there in 2007 we stayed with him and the rooms were lovely.. They were at the top of the town, air-conditioned,and had an elevator. Also, he had a computer in each room for your use.. He is a very nice guy and will meet you at the train station if you call him when you get there. The restaurant Il Pirata is next door and has wonderful breakfast pastries. We stayed there for 8 days and would not stay anywhere else.
