CSA Insurance

Am tempted to by the CSA basic plan $25 per person - a two week trip to Italy. Some reviews look pretty good; some not so good. Anyone out there with any experience with them? I don't care about reviews; I much prefer to talk to my fellow travelers on the Rick Steves Helpline. Thanks in advance.

I use CSA for all my travel insurance. I have used them for years.... but I can't tell you how they are with claims.
Fortunately I have never had to file a claim.
