SO and I embark on cruise from Rome (3 days) to Naples, Sicily, then Tunisia, to Florence the France disembark at Barcelona. Tunisia not in Europe, but 8 hrs there--is it safe? What excursions to take, or cab tour??

It was cheap and safe when we were there a couple of years ago. You can take a cab to and from market for about $5.
