Our cruise ends in Ravenna and we've booked a few additional days in Venice but unsure how best to get there from the cruise port? Would appreciate any advice

Book transfer with cruise company
Train will take 2-3 hours with a transfer in either Ferrara ( easiest) or Bologna

Ravenna has a number of sites with magnificent Byzantine mosaics. I love Venice, but Ravenna is worth a look, too.
