Does anyone know if Rick is still recommending Cross-Pollinate? Anyone had good or bad experiences with them?

Hello Jan,
One year ago we stayed in a nice Cross-Pollinate apartment in Venice. I had no problem with the apartment or with Cross-Pollinate. I recommend.

Are mostly in good locations.
If you have any problems they'll make sure the get fixed.
