The first time I went was January 2020. Yes, we liked it! Here's the trip report,

bear in mind it was the depths of winter, it'll be even nicer in a better season. Later returned in March last year to see the various museums I didn't see the first time: Violin Museum and Museo Civico Ala Ponzone.
You could easily spend two full days if you include the museums and are a slow traveller like me......

Look for a trip report from Jean of Idaho. She went and loved it. I was one of the ones who recommended it to her. My husband and I had spent a week there in 2008, but Jean's trip was much more recent.

Janet is right; I loved Cremona! My details are in my June 22 trip report linked below. If you’re going, be there on one of the days that they have a performance in the violin museum.
