Covid Testing lines at Florence train station?

We will be leaving Florence via train 3 days prior to our departure back the USA. The timing is perfect for getting our covid testing done and I know the Red Cross offers free testing at the station. Has anybody used this testing station recently? Given that they don't take appointments I'm trying to determine whether I should try to get tested there while passing through (9:30AM train departure) or if I should try to make an appointment with a pharmacist in Venice.

I'm also considering the BinaxNow self-test solution but we have 4 people in our party and one smartphone which essentially means nearly 2 hours to complete all of our tests and a dependency on the technology actually working :).

Ciao,
Mark

IIRC there was a recent post that mentioned testing there
I think it said that they ran out of tests so get there early

I think you’d be safer to get at pharmacy in Venice
Can you ask your hotel for help with locating a pharmacy?
Our Rome hotel has told us they will make an appointment for us when we check in
(but we are also bringing the self test just in case)

ETA
Here it is
