Does anyone have first hand experience with getting a Covid test to return to the US in Venice? I see you can take a rapid test at the airport on day of departure but I don't see where it says how long it takes to get the results. Is there somewhere to get tested in Venice?

No first hand experience yet but the rapid test info for FCO indicates results within 30 min, which is as it should be
You can probably get the test done at a pharmacy in Venice and also at train station
Check with your Venice hotel

We are returning in August from Venice. I found information indicating that could get tested at train station in Venice. To me that seems preferable to biting my nails over how long it might take at the airport. But haven't done either yet!
