Will you be staying in Venice prior to this? Often asking at the front desk of your hotel will help you find a convenient testing center.

We had it done at Bielo Hub. It wasn't the cheapest option, but we required a PCR test then, and the timing was such that we needed to have it on a Friday afternoon or Saturday. This was one of the only places available.
At the time (November) antigen testing was also available at the train station. I'm not sure if that's still the case.
