We have tickets on a Delta COVID Free flight in September. We are required to have a COVID PCR test within 48 hours of our departure. We are in the Seattle area. Does anyone know where we can get a quick turn around PCR test?
Thanks so much!

I would shop around your local pharmacies(CVS,Walgreens etc). The airport would be most expensive.
Google "COVID PCR Test near Seattle" and you will see Walgreens drive thru and other options. I'd try a couple tests out before September to see how the turn around is.
I would do a google search, we are are PDX area and I know our Walgreens will not turn around fast enough for boarding a flight. I have just found a place today that says they do PCR, 2 hour turn around, $175 plus a doctor visit fee. But I can't seem to find anything else with the fast turn around to have the results before we would board. I haven't purchased tickets yet but I need 72 hours or less to arrival. FLYPDX.com has a list of places but again it is timing of the test results that is the problem for me. The place I called today is not on the airport website, they said they tested for travelers to Greece last week. Good luck to us all!
Try https://gslabstesting.com/covid-rapid-testing-locations/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIuuKolKSH8QIVogytBh1hmQArEAAYASABEgINUPD_BwE#Washington. They have locations in Lynnwood Bellevue and Federal Way. It’s not cheap but I believe they guarantee a fast turnaround.
I thought u only require antegen test?
antigen test on return to US - dunno about Canadian requirements, but PCR going, but then again September may as well be next century so check nearer the time - things change
Starting July 1st, you need a PCR or antigen test. Below is copied from a popup on Delta's website when you choose a Covid-tested flight from July 1st...
"Provide negative COVID-19 test results to avoid the need to quarantine when you arrive in Italy.
Take a Test Before You Depart the U.S.
You will be required to take a COVID-19 PCR or antigen test at your own expense within 48 hours of your departure to Italy.
Take a Rapid Test Upon Arrival
Upon arrival in Italy, you will complete a mandatory COVID-19 rapid antigen test before departing the airport at your own expense. Once you have received a negative test result, you will be free to enter without the need to quarantine."
XpresCheck offers COVID testing at SeaTac Airport. "Testing is by appointment for ticketed passengers up to 72 hours prior to travel." Not inexpensive. https://www.portseattle.org/page/travel-and-covid-19-testing
About two months ago, I had covid. I wasn't going to get tested - was just going to stay home for "10 days following end of symptoms"
My wife wanted me to get a test. The PCR test was supposed to take 3 days to get a response. The quick-response test wasn't called "PCR". Given that you're dealing w/ plane tickets and a large corporation, make sure you meet THEIR definitions / expectations.
I've read of:
1) a person having the wrong type of test and not being admitted.
2) a person having a lapsed time-span test and not being admitted.
Like some else stated a PCR or Antigen test is required. Walgreens does the Antigen test and results take about an hour max. Might want to double check or call Delta. You got time still.
