I am traveling to Italy in April from the US. Has anyone taken the 72 hour PCR test and if so, did you do a home test?
do you know the best one?

If you do a self test it must be the proctored version
Check with your airlines to make sure they accept this

Most airlines will accept this for your RETURN to US test requirement
Entry test requirement is most likely to be dropped soon so you may not need to worry about it

FYI- The home test is an antigen test, not PCR.
