Suggestions on what villages (Umbria,Tuscany & Marche)to visit and days to spend in each please. Will be there for 26 days, arriving & departing from Rome. We are planning to rent a car.

Villages where? Tuscany, Umbria, Puglia, Abruzzo- just to name a few ?
What other cities besides Rome are you interested in?
You need to do some research to narrow down your choices
Starting point if you don’t already have a good guide book
