Vatican Museum: 15 euro (add'l reservation charge if you pre-reserve).
Colosseum/Forum: are on a combo ticket with Palentine Hill. I think 12 euro.
Pantheon: free.
Hostel: depends on what you book, but a shared dorm room at the Beehive hostel is 25 euro/person/night. I don't know if you would be able to get that low of a rate this close to your trip.
So, assuming you walk everywhere and don't eat for 4 days, you're looking at about 130 euro or just under $200. Once you start adding in the trip from the airport, meals, snacks, etc. then the costs vary wildly depending on your own personal habits & choices.
