Cost of a Taxi from Siena to Florence Airport

Does anyone have experience with taxi between Florence and Siena? Not sure how to research a taxi service.
Our daughter is traveling from Siena to Florence airport with several bags and would appreciate knowing what the easiest way would be for her to make the trip. So, the thought of a taxi came to mind.
The other difficulty is that her flight leaves at 9:30 am so would have to take the first bus out of Siena if that is her only means of transportation.
Taking either the train or bus would mean a transfer at SMN.
Any input is appreciated.

It costs €130 to take a taxi from Siena to FLR airport. Plan to be there at least 1 hour prior to departure.
The drive is normally about one hour, but at around 8am there will be traffic getting into Florence, therefore it is safe to allow for at least an extra 15 min.

You can also ask for a quote using the website above from the Siena Taxi Company.

Don't be confused by the word "preventive" you see in the website above. It's a lazy translation of the Italian word "preventivo", which is Italian for "quote" or "estimate". It's one of those funny translations like when Americans in Italy ask for food "senza preservativi", thinking they are asking for food without preservatives, but actually are asking for food "without condoms".

aj,

The cheapest option would be to travel from Siena to Firenze SMN via train or bus, and then take a Taxi to the airport. The Florence Taxi's have a flat rate to the airport (about €28 as I recall), and it's a very short trip since the airport is close to the city. Using the bus is easiest, since it leaves right from Piazza Gramsci in the main part of Siena, and the trip is only about 1H:15M.
