The Celle di San Francesco monastery just outside Cortona, and the Museo diocesano withe the paintings by Signorelli. Alos, just strolling the streets, and the view from the Sanctuary at the top. Cortona is beautiful! Enjoy your stay

I especially enjoyed the museum of the Etruscan Academy (called MAEC) which includes archeological and historical artifacts and art.
There were also a number of art galleries in Cortona which may have interesting temporary shows; some are housed in interesting old buildings, as I remember.
