Cortina d’Ampezzo

Has anyone been to Cortina recently? Am thinking of skiing there in late Feb. & am wondering if there’s a lot of construction going on in the area since it’s the site of the 2026 winter olympics.

I avoided Cortina for this reason. My B&B host in Val Gardena warned me about the construction. So, if you are concerned about it, picking another destination is a good idea.
