Coronavirus and Ryanair

Did anybody receive a refund for short flights from Ryanair due to coronavirus cancelation? I just got denials. Let me hear my chances, please.

Ryanair cancelled our flight from Milan to Bristol UK mid June and offered a refund option which we chose, apparently it will take a few weeks to actually see the money.
