I'm having trouble receiving the tickets I purchased from Coopculture.it. I never received the detailed instructions and I checked my spam folder many times. Does anyone have any tips on how to retrieve my tickets? I purchased these tickets approximately 2 weeks ago and our trip is coming up soon.
You should have received an email with a PDF attachment. Here are the instructions from the coopculture tickets I had from a few months ago. Did you an email for the payment confirmation at least?
Print at home
If you have chosen the print at home option, you will find the tickets in pdf format attached to this email, which you can print or present directly on your smartphone at access control.
If the system has not sent the tickets in pdf format , write to [email protected] as soon as possible, sending the payment receipt to check the status of the reservation.Withdrawal at the cash desk
If you have chosen the cash collection option as an option, you will need to show the booking confirmation and PNR at the ticket office, to collect your access titles, starting at least 15 minutes before the chosen visiting time, except in the case of tickets open or different indication provided during the purchase process.
Thank you, I did select the PDF option but never received the email with that. I also sent an email to the "[email protected]" but haven't heard anything. I guess I'll need to bring my email receipt on the day of in order to get the tickets. This is very frustrating.

yes, that was my first email that I sent. I then saw on an older thread to also send to [email protected]. I'm sending to the emails but not receiving responses. I guess I must be the only person experiencing this issue.
