Coopculture ticket website

I am trying to use the roman website to obtain tickets for the colosseum in spring of 2024 but the website doesn't work for me https://www.coopculture.it/it/tickets/ . Is it broken, or am I doing it wrong? Can someone help me with this?

It's working for me. Have you tried using a different browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, etc.)? Or using a different computer (Mac vs. PC) or a phone/tablet to access it?

Colosseum tickets typically go on sale precisely 30 days and 7 days before the desired entrance time.

In addition, it' been my experience that the web site is available during Rome business hours - so 6 to 9 hours ahead of you, based on your US time zone.

It would be helpful to start looking when the site is up to see the various ticket categories, and which are available. Right now, for late October, the Colosseum with video guide ticket seems to have the best, if not only, availability.

The site works a bit better for me when on a PC as opposed to a tablet, and Edge seemed to work better than Chrome. Getting the calendar to move to the next month seems more difficult than it should.

A great deal has been written about tickets here on the forum if you do a search.

Edited to add: I see that it's accessible as of 2:56 PDT.

I too am having difficulty being allowed on the official page. It gives me an error. I have tried on multiple browsers and devices both on wifi and off? This has been occurring for a week now. I guess I am going to have to book a tour with someone instead which is quite unfortunate as I don't enjoy them.

@Edward i think we can only make reservations within 30 days of our expected visit.

I'd try booking via smartphone. Maybe using cellular data will work? (Just a shot in the dark.)

Someone on here reported such a problem recently when trying to book from home in Seattle on a UK rail website. But a few days later was OK on the same website from a hotel in San Francisco. Suggesting that it is a security issue with their internet hosting server.

I had the same problem with being blocked because of the provider. I tried different devices and even turned off the VPN. Same 403 warning. However, I was successful when I turned off my Wi-Fi and used cellular data. My order went right through. Good luck.

Maybe just a glitch; seems to be OK now.
But June is too far out to book tickets, Dave.
