Coopculture: OK, I'm stumped

Anyone else able to get into this site the usual way (https://www.coopculture.it)? I haven't been able to get it to work for a couple of days now. I am able to get in using a shortened version of a link someone mentioned in a TA thread:

https://ecm.coopculture.it/index.php?lang=en

...but it looks like they're doing some sort of overhaul that isn't completed. For instance, the former "News" section is completely gone, and in the ticketing options, say, for the Colosseum, the red "here" in this text...

For opening hours, reductions and free tickets, Covid-19 Regulations
and Super Sites that can be visited click here

...goes nowhere. It also doesn't work within ticketing for "ROMAN FORUM, PALATINE, IMPERIAL FORUM- FORUM PASS SUPER" so doesn't tell people what the S.U.P.E.R. sites even are or when each of them are open. I see somewhere else that the Colosseum is either fully or partially closed on June 2 because of Festa della Repubblica but Coopculture doesn't mention why ticketing is blanked out for that day. Odd.

The site also looks different.

Anyway, I'm using Safari but tried Chrome too and got nothing via the former URL. Anyone else having issues? Any bright suggestions or guesstimations out there?

There are DNS problems all over Italy.I had to switch to Google's to check my account today.

At this point after similar problems happened to Trenitalia and Nexi a few weeks ago , I am starting to think that somebody is sending a message.

Aha. The plot thickens.
Guess I'll just kick heels for awhile and see what shakes out.
Thanks very much, Dario!

Last weekend, I went onto CoopCulture to buy Forum tickets. We don't really want to repeat the Colosseum and I was pleased to find Forum only tickets with open entry times. I went as far as to add tickets with a date and input my credit card but got thrown out of the system and never got a confirmation email. I waited a day and it worked on the second attempt.

Three years ago, when we bought tickets from CoopCulture, it ended up that they weren't offering our Belvedere tour and refunded everything except the Colosseum entry. We never made it to the Forum which is why we wanted to reserve this time.

I think it's just a finicky, not very robust website and we should appreciate any improvements they make. I use Chrome and got to what I needed. Good luck.

Thanks, Captain! For Pete's sake, I knew about that site but had been using the other for so long that it didn't immediately come to mind. DOH! Until they sort the bugs out of the other one - which is a weird, incomplete version of its former self - it's a much superior resource, and could make the other obsolete altogether for the Colosseum/Forum/Palatine and Domus Aurea. Here it is in English for anyone who couldn't find the tab:

Yep, while the actual ticketing piece is the same as the site I'd linked above - which is a weird, incomplete version of its former self - it contains much more helpful info, and can be considered "official".

Arg, Yes, the original site is up again, and provides the actual hours for the Forum/Palatine S.U.P.E.R. sites, whereas the other one does not. Those sites evidently ARE still on on different hours.

Wish these two sites could coordinate their info. Hmmph.
