coopculture.it, purchased tickets but Not sure about correction tickets

I am little confusing. I already purchased it. I am not sure if I am doing right or missing something.

I believe I purchased, Underground and third tier Visit English + Free Reservation ( why free reservation?) for four people cost Total=8 euro and also Colosseum - Forum / Palatine > Full + Reservation, cost total 56 euro.

Am I doing right? Do I pay more when we get there for admission?

I need a phone number to call them tomorrow morning. I want to make sure everything works out before we arrive.

The "FREE UNDERGROUND AND THIRD RING ENGLISH TOUR+RESERVATION FEE" (2,00 €) is only for children under the age of 12. You do not have to pay the full price of the tour for them but they do have to have a reservation.

For adults, you needed to choose the "UNDERGROUND AND THIRD RING ENGLISH TOUR+RESERVATION FEE. That would be 11,00 € for each, or 44,00 € for 4.

In addition, adults and children need a general entry ticket: those are purchased separately either at the desk before your tour or online. Those are 14,00 € for adults online, and it sounds as if you purchased those as 14,00 € X 4 = 56,00 €. Pre-reserved tickets for children under 18 are 2,00 € online.

What you have NOT purchased are third ring/underground reservations for ADULTS: you purchased 4 reservations for children under 12. Your total bill should have been 100,00 € for underground tours plus general entry tickets for 4 adults ( 44,00 € + 56,00 € = 100,00 € ).

So yes, call them as soon as possible.

If you have 4 children in your party then you purchased the correct underground tickets. If not, you need to go back and purchase the 11 euros tickets. What you've done is paid the reservation fee only for 4 tickets. These tickets are only intended for children and others who qualify for free entry.

Your admission ticket should have cost 14 euros each. I'm not sure what you purchased as far as entry tickets go but unless you're under 18 you don't qualify for any free or discounted tickets.

Basically, you need 4 full priced tour tickets- cost 11 euros each. You also need 4 full priced adult entry tickets- cost 14 euros each. Your total bill should come out to 100 euros for 4 people for entry and tour tickets. If you get anything other than this total you've done something wrong.

Right. I know from previous posts that at least 3 of the 4 members of the OP's party would be considered adults so an error was made booking their tours under the 2,00 € "FREE UNDERGROUND AND THIRD RING ENGLISH TOUR+RESERVATION FEE" option.
