Coopculture in Italian

Hello,
I just found out about coopculture after looking at tours with the Roman Guy and Walks of Italy.
My husband really wants to do the Underground part of the Colosseum (side question - is the Underground worth it compared to just the Arena?).
Coopculture is now sold out of the Underground + Arena Accompanied Tour, or the Underground + Arena Education tour in English but it still has availabilities for Italian.
The thing is, we don't speak Italian, but we're mostly interested in being able to see it rather than getting a guide. Would it be disrespectful and a bad idea to book the italian tour? It would save us almost $150 over any of the guided tour.

We have done that, signed up for a different language tour, when that was the only option. A tour we went on a few years ago was in English but few who signed up spoke English.
