CoopCulture Colosseum Tour: Can I visit Roman Forum/Palatine Hill the day before my tour?

Hello,

I recently bought tickets for Underground and Belvedere tour including Entry Ticket online (29EUR per person). I know this includes entry ticket for Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. My question is this, my tour for Colosseum is on May 11. However, I plan to visit Roman Forum and Palatine Hill on May 10. Is there a way I can pick up my tickets in advance (on May 10) so I can use them to enter Roman forum and Palatine Hill on May 10 and then go to my tour on May 11? We are leaving early morning on May 12 so this is the only day we can work our Roman Forum and Palatine Hill.

Do I need to go to Colosseum to get physical entry tickets or will my PDF e-ticket (I chose print at home instead of pick up at ticket office) work when I show it to Roman Forum ticket office on May 10?

Does anyone have the same dilemma? Also, how early should I show up at Colosseum for a 9:05am tour time?

Your entry tickets are timed tickets so they cannot be used before the date and time you've chosen. There is no way to change these tickets since they are tied to your tour. You'll need to visit the forum/palatine hill either after the colosseum or on the next day.

Tickets purchased can not be reimbursed or moved to another date or to another time slot on the same day.

Show up for your tour at least 30 minutes early.

You should have plenty of time after your Colosseum tour to visit the Forum and Palatime Hill.
